Restocking charges

Any goods ordered by the Customer and delivered substantially in accordance with customer’s instructions, subsequently returned to CJS within 5 working days of receipt for any reason other than faulty manufacture, will be subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% of the invoice value of the goods, subject to the goods being returned in the same condition as dispatched, and the responsibility for any costs or charges incurred in the return of such goods to the premises of CJS will be the customer’s.  Any goods returned outside the 5 working day period will not be accepted by the Company and the customer will be required to make the full invoice payment.
